I am a hard working single mother with two high school students. Because I am self employed I have no steady income. I am struggling is an understatement. I have had the worst year ever for finances. I know I am not alone. I am grateful for my health and for my children.
Currently I have no money for rent, car insurance and just basic needs. Let alone
gas money to drive my daughter to running start every day.
My daughter is a high school student in running start Our immediate concern is gas money for school transportation. We have checked into ride sharing, busing, we have exhausted all possbilites of that working out, due to schedule differences and the fact that only a few students her age attend this program.
I feel it would be an injustice to take her out due to finance problems. She is extremely gifted and has proven herself deserving of this chance to graduate high school two years of college under her belt. Her dream is to go to a four year college as a transfer student.
She got an A on her college Spanish final. She is under a tremendous amount of stress due to transportation difficulties.
Trying to stay postive.
Any ideas. Anyone need their home cleaned? Shopping done, meals prepared in exchange for gas money?
